dictionary: GPOYW (acronym): Gratuitous Picture of Yourself Wednesday: On Wednesday’s, we post pictures of ourselves, often self-portraits and often with an “edition” caption following the acronym. This is considered a Tumblr meme, if you will. And, oh, you will. this is an example from incurable: GPOYW - World Freeskiing Championships t-shirt edition  Thank god that’s cleared up… the internet was skipping ahead without me and I was wondering why eveyone’s had pics up today in Tumblrs that normally have no such thing in them… Guess I’m just not cool enough to know… well maybe I am now. (editorial note… not me in this pic either.)
